Ingredients
- Oats – 1 cup
- Milk – 1cup
- Chia seeds – 1 spoon
- Granola – 1/4 cups
- Honey – 2 spoons
- Peanut butter – 2 spoons
- Fruits (blueberries, bananas) – preferred amount
Instructions
- Put the oats and milk into a bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes
- Add granola on one side of the bowl
- Then, place your preferred fruits on the other side of the bowl
- Microwave the peanut butter until it melts and turns liquidy
- Pour the honey and the peanut butter onto your oatmeal
- Finally, sprinkle some chia seeds for the final touch
2. 10 minute French Toast

Ingredients
- Egg – 1 (preferably large sized)
- Milk – 100ml
- Sugar – 1 table spoon
- Vanilla extract – a few drops
- Bread – 1 slice
- Butter – 1 table spoon
- Maple syrup – preferred amount
Instructions
- Add the egg, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract into one bowl and mix it well
- Stab the slice of bread with a fork to make holes
- Cut the bread in half
- Place the bread in a container and pour the egg wash into it
- Microwave #4 for 30 seconds
- Flip the bread and once more microwave it for 30 seconds
- Put the butter onto a frying pan and let it melt
- Place the pieces of bread and fry them until the surface becomes golden-brown
- Flip to the other side and once more cook them
- When both sides are golden-brown, take it off from the pan and pour maple syrup

- Heat the frying pan at medium heat

- Put it back on the heat and add the batter (one scoop for one crape)
- Repeat 5-6 until you finish the batter
